Introducing our Traditional Mooncakes: a modern take on a beloved tradition. We’ve reimagined these mooncakes to bring you an array of delightful and unique flavours that celebrate both heritage and innovation.

Each box comes with 4 x 130g mooncakes (2.75" diameter):

  • Pistachio Salted Egg - pistachio lotus seed paste with salted egg yolk center and pistachio pieces
  • Hojicha - roasted, bold hojicha filling
  • White Lotus Seed Salted Egg - classic smooth white lotus seed paste with salted egg yolk center
  • Daan Go Style 5 Nut Mix - mixture of almonds, hazelnut, pistachio, walnuts, sesame seeds, and a red date salted caramel paste

Ingredients

Pistachio Salted Egg:
all purpose flour, black sugar syrup, cake flour, canola oil, egg, golden corn syrup, icing sugar, lotus bean paste (contains peanut oil), lye water, pistachio, pistachio panna crema (contains trace of peanuts), pistachio paste, salted egg yolk

Houjicha:
all purpose flour, black sugar syrup, cake flour, canola oil, egg, golden corn syrup, green paste, houjicha, lye water

White Lotus Seed Salted Egg:
all purpose flour, black sugar syrup, cake flour, canola oil, egg, golden corn syrup, icing sugar, lotus bean paste (contains peanut oil), lye water, salted egg yolk

Daan Go Style 5 Nut Mix:
cake/AP flour, lye water, golden corn syrup, black sugar syrup, canola oil, egg yellow colour, almonds, hazelnut, pistachio, walnuts, sesame seeds, butter, sugar, red date paste, cream and salt

Storage Instructions

Store in fridge for up to 2 months and at room temperature for up to 2 weeks. Please serve at room temperature.
