A little tropical, a little nostalgic. Our Hummingbird Cake is a soft, flavour-packed celebration layered with all the good things. Light banana chiffon meets a silky pink guava pineapple mousse, balanced with fluffy white cheese chantilly for just the right touch of creaminess.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Best served within 2-3 days or longer if properly stored in the freezer. If the cake will not be served on the day of pick up, please keep macarons off the cake (and frozen in an airtight container) until serving.
